Where in South Africa does Scout Outsource work?
Across all nine provinces. Delivery is on site at the client's premises and remotely rather than from a single branch network, and most of the estate sits in five metros: Johannesburg and the Gauteng corridor through to Pretoria, greater Durban and the KwaZulu-Natal north coast, Cape Town and the Western Cape, Gqeberha and the Eastern Cape, and Bloemfontein and the Free State.
Does Scout Outsource have offices in Johannesburg, Durban or Cape Town?
The company is registered in KwaZulu-Natal and delivers nationally on site and remotely. We would rather put engineers in your building when the work needs hands on it than charge you, through the invoice, for a set of rent on addresses you will never visit.
Does it cost more if we are not in a major city?
No. The province you are in does not change what you get or what it costs, and the guarantee to beat any Microsoft licensing and voice pricing applies the same way everywhere in the country.
Can you support a business with sites in more than one province?
Yes, and it is the most common shape of work we do. One contract covers the whole estate with one escalation path, so a branch in another province is on the same 24/7 helpdesk and the same response targets as head office.
How quickly can an engineer get to our site?
Attendance times are agreed when we scope the contract, because they depend on where the site is and what the system does. We would rather commit to a target we can hold at your address than publish a national number that quietly does not apply to you.
