Yes, most of our engagements begin that way. We start with discovery and documentation, agree what stays and what changes, then transition in planned phases.

Do you replace our IT team or work alongside it?

Either. Some clients outsource entirely; others keep an internal team for business-facing work and hand us infrastructure, monitoring and out-of-hours cover.

What happens if we want to leave?

You get your documentation, credentials and configuration. We are not interested in holding clients through lock-in.
